I’ve tried the Dae 4-in-1 Styling Cream (yes, the super expensive one), and honestly? This one is just as good — if not better — and for half the price. I’m literally on my fifth bottle, and it’s become a total must-have in my daily hair routine. For work, I always have to wear my hair in a slicked-back bun, and I recently cut my front bangs, so I was a little worried about them sticking out or flying loose. But this cream does the job perfectly. It holds everything in place while giving that shiny, sleek, clean-girl look — without making my hair feel hard, crunchy, or stiff like some gels or sprays do. When it dries, it feels soft and flexible, but still keeps the hold all day. It’s super comfortable, easy to use, and works whether I’m slicking all my hair back or just taming the front pieces. A little goes a long way, but I do wish the bottle were bigger because I use it almost every day and go through it pretty fast (same size as Dae’s, but still). As for the smell — some people complain, but personally I don’t mind it at all. It lasts maybe three seconds, and once your hair is styled, you can’t smell it anymore. No one around me has ever mentioned it either — so truly, not a big deal. If you’re thinking about trying it, do it. It’s affordable, effective, and makes any hairstyle look elevated and polished with minimal effort. I seriously give this five stars — no complaints. I’ll take this over the Dae cream any day.

I want to start this review with saying I have never tried the dae. product & I have never used this to stick back my hair. I use this as a curl defining cream for after I wash my hair and I think it holds my hair much better than other products I have used. It smells good, doesn't feel super heavy on my hair, and looks good for several days after I have washed my hair. For the price, I will buy this again over other products that do similar things.

We use this styling cream every day on my daughter’s hair. While it doesn’t offer a lot of control, it definitely helps with styling and managing flyaways. I also appreciate that it doesn’t make her hair greasy or heavy. It’s a nice lightweight product for everyday use!

Smells weird. It’s a dupe from the name brand. Makes hair really greasy. Would not buy again.

This is NOT a dupe of Dae. I bought it hoping that it would be but sadly it does not compare at all. Don’t waste your money. You’re better off using a drug store product, because anything at Walmart or Walgreens is better than this. Also I hate the smell.

Awesome! Purchased for fly away hair for 8 year old. Just a little dab holds the hair off her face! Nothing like hairspray. The cream is light weight and doesn't make hair greasy at all.
