Bought as new, came very clearly used. The wands were dirty, had marks on the end pieces were shown the multiple uses it had. I requested another new one but still received a used one. This is disgusting and unreliable source for products or tools.

I purchased this for a Christmas present for my partner.... it was late and only arrived the day before and I blamed the seller when I should have blamed the carrier. For this I apologise. The product my partner absolutely loves and she uses most day's, and she has noticed positive results in her skin and her hair; in fact she can't sing its praises enough and neither can I as I have noticed changes in my partners skin and hair health. The device we received seems to be sent from USA. It has US standard electrical plug. We logically can assume it is US voltage device not suitable for European 220 volt. The documentation does not specify what voltage it can be used with. So, using a US 127 V device in 220 V circuit may be dangerous.
