Solid gym belt for beginners. It's a solid gym belt for beginners and intermediate users. I like the grip, and the closing is very easy. I tried deadlifts up to 130, and I got a good hold of my breath, and my back is very stable. I pretty much like the finishing. I will update the review after six months. Stability is also very good; I like it. Planning to use expensively
