Best I’ve found to help with tummy flora.
Great addition to help with your gut flora. I suffer from stomach issues and these help settle my tummy. They don’t really taste of anything and they contain more bio cultures than most for this price. The quality is great and you 60 capsules in each bottle. You can buy other brands with more capsules, but you get less bio cultures than these.

I've now got a subscription for this as it's worked miracles for me. Suffered all my life and now no problems at all. Love it!

Très bon complément ! Après quelques jours, j’ai remarqué une digestion plus légère et moins de ballonnements. j’apprécie la formule bio avec prébiotiques pour un meilleur équilibre intestinal. Les gélules sont faciles à avaler et bien tolérées. Excellent produit que je recommande sans hésiter !

Ik heb deze pre/probiotica een tijdje gebruikt en mijn klachten (PDS) namen af. Omdat ik tegelijkertijd ook mijn voeding en leefstijl heb aangepast, was het moeilijk te zeggen wat het precieze effect was van deze probiotica. Ik ben daarom nu een tijdje gestopt en de klachten keren weer terug, hoewel minder ernstig - maar ik ben natuurlijk gezonder gaan leven en dat heeft zeker ook effect. Ik ga weer starten met het gebruik. De samenstelling lijkt goed en positief is dat het etiket ook duidelijke de specifiek gebruikte stammen vermeld. Het enige dat niet duidelijk is, is of er speciaal capsule materiaal of formulering is gebruikt waardoor de bacterieën meer kans hebben de reis door de maag te overleven. Ik neem de capsules daarom in op nuchtere maag, ca 30 minuten voor het ontbijt.
