Amazing. Works effortlessly. I applied this on landscaping bricks that had gone considerably moldy. Foams in seconds and the mold just lifted away. Great product! Will definitely buy this again.

This will not handle a two story house. The power coming from the nozzle is too weak for that height. The liquid is enough for one side of your house- so you will need more than this one bottle. It does work and it cleans pretty good. I would use your hose with a strong nozzle to wash it off. Not sure this bottle nozzle will do the trick. Is this stuff worth it? Well for a ranch home- yes. It’s cheaper than renting a power washer.

It arrived inside a plastic bag, but it was leakingI followed the instructions even waited 30 minutes instead of the 10. It did not clean my deck at allIt said it foams, but that's a lie thought the foaming action while sitting on my deck would go to work, no foaming action at allWil now have to buy something else

Used this on vinyl siding and it removed the mold within minutes. Some reviewers stated that it did not work on porous surfaces like wood decks, wood siding, brick or concrete. For those materials, it's better to just mix bleach with water and spray it on. I have a one-story gable roof, and the nozzle sprayed the solution to siding at the top of the gable. So use this on non-porous surfaces only. PS I first tried a similar product in the green bottle (MOLD ARMOUR), and it was junk, like spraying water.

Helps with cleaning in between pressure washing. I am shocked at how easily and quickly it cleaned our house and a little bit goes a long way.

Not great leaks unless you turn it on to clean right away and really does not have much cleaning power
