Great quality cocoa

The taste is good,no sugar added.

I couldn’t get the icing to go jet black which was what I needed . It was dark brown. I found it to be bitter, although I don’t like dark chocolate so maybe why. .. didn’t do what I bought it to do.

Perfect product, exactly what I was after

Gross taste compared to other black cocoa. Plus it is not even bery black when baked. if hoping for an oreo style flavour look elsewhere. Very disappointing all round.

My daughter really wanted a gothic romance cake for her birthday. This did the trick for making the butterdream black. I did need a little gel colour but waaaay less than usual. Great quality. Tasted ok but really you want it for the look. Not bad value for money, pricey but works. Deep rich colour and can be used for almost anything!

Gives a good dark colour although not black more a really dark brown.Tastes horrible. Even with lots of vanilla extract added, which did improve the taste it still tastes bitter.Great quality cocoa, appears to be pre-sieved a little bit goes a long way.
