This is an excellent natural shampoo. Good cleaning without stripping or stressing the hair. Great smell, too.

I am freaking out in a GOOD way! I cannot believe how soft and volumized my thin hair is. It looks great! After only 3 shampoos, my hair and scalp are responding amazingly will. My friends have noticed how nice my hair looks. I believe this product will deliver on its promise of preventing hair loss as time goes on. I love it so far.

I’ve been using the shampoo for years, and it works better than most. Still, since it’s pricey for just decent results, I only buy it when there’s a big sale. I tried the conditioner for the first time, but it didn’t impress me, and I wouldn’t purchase it again, even at a discount.

The product itself is great. I chose it because it does not contain artificial fragrance, and because it is one of the only formulas I found from Tree to Tub that does not contain chamomile or calendula (I am allergic). I have been using this for over a year now, and I use it on both of my daughters as well. All three of us have experienced the same: our hair is MUCH thicker, my entire life I had thin hair but since using this shampoo regularly my hair has thickened beyond what I thought possible. I am now someone with thick hair which is still strange to me. My daughters are the same, even my 1.5 year old has her hair coming in thick and shiny. My complaints are that there is not enough product in the bottle, especially the conditioner. I would buy this formula in a bigger size if it was available/priced appropriately. It is an expensive product but I like the natural ingredients. All three of us have long hair though, mine is down to my lower back (and now very thick) and the conditioner is not very strong so we go through it very quickly. I do find our hair tangles quickly and fiercely if we are not properly conditioned.

I have been buying this for several years because I liked the natural ingredients and cooling effect on my scalp if I let it sit a bit. Because of Sarah Tran I learned that most shampoos contain Sodium Chloride (salt) that damages hair. I looked through the ingredients list of my shampoos and learned that this brand has none so from all my thickening shampoos this is what I chose to buy again and stopped using my other shampoos. Now when this arrived, I found out that the quality has declined, the formulation it's not as good as before. Instead of soap berry juice as the main ingredient, it's now water, then soap berry extract second, then they changed aloe vera juice to glycerin as the next main ingredient. It also now contains the preservative sodium benzoate (5th in the list), as well as salt (7th) to thicken the product which I don't need or want because it will damage my hair. Why change a good product just to save when you could just increase your prices since the price range of this shampoo is not cheap to begin with. I shipped this from the US to the Philippines only to find out it's not what it used to be.

I’ve been using this shampoo for years and it cleanses my scalp very well. I have slight scalp issues and the tea tree oil is very effective in soothing my scalp. I won’t use anything else. It also is very moisturizing and I don’t get any frizz or dryness. It’s all natural and the lemon scent is refreshing. Would recommend to people with any scalp issues

I have used 2/3rds of the bottles and here is what I have found: I can use it everyday with no reaction or flare ups of any kind. I can’t use any shampoo or conditioner that isn’t a 0 or 1 on the EWG scale and this product delivers. I have extremely fine, straight, short hair and it adds structure to it. If my hair were longer, it seems like it would add volume. The scent is fine but you need to enjoy the smell of lemongrass. It seems to last even tho I over apply it daily. All in all it is an excellent volumizing shampoo and conditioner for even the extremely sensitive skin person.
