These are the best! I have really bad insomnia and these put me to sleep in a matter of 30 minutes and I stay sleep throughout the night. That's the best part that I love about them, because I usually wake up in the middle of the night, and then I can't get back to sleep to get adequate rest needed to function. Which leaves me tired throughout the day...but these help me get the sleep and stay sleep so that I have the energy I need to conquer my day! I sleep like a baby for about 6-7 hours, sometimes a bit longer vs. my 2-4 hours and I wake up energized! Definitely recommend these to the night owls!

Started having some insomnia when I changed to a new medication! I tried this to help with that and it’s been so helpful! I’ve added it to my nightly routine and I’m sleeping so much better again! It also helps that it tastes great!

The melatonin seems to work well though probably not better than the 5mg chewable I had been using. I bought this for a change of taste. This has a nasty aftertaste. Will go back to the 5mg chewable.

These do work, but normally, physicians recommend a lower dosage in the 3mg-6mg area. Taste is good.

Good tasting and effective melatonin gummy. I’ve tried the regular 10 mg version as well as the time release version and I prefer the time release version as I think it works better for me. It kicks in after about 30 minutes and makes it very easy to fall asleep where I am someone who usually has difficulty falling asleep. I also tend to wake up multiple times during the night and this helps me to sleep through the night. I wake up feeling refreshed and it does not leave me feeling tired or groggy in the morning at all.

I have used these for a year. When the package arrived this time the contents had been reduced from 90 gummies to 35. As 35 was printed on the label, this was not an errror or accident. While this is becomming a usual practice, this company took it too far. The product tasted dusty and far from fresh. Have switched brands.

My two oldest have autism and this is the only way we can get them to sleep Through the night! The taste is so good, they have rejected other brands as flavor was “yucky” to them!
