Start this new medication that gives me heartburn like crazy especially when I first started. Used to put a bottle of Tums beside my bed until I realized my teeth were hurting after a couple months. Come to find out all that sugar jeopardizes your teeth, for some reason I didn't even consider that I mean it's not rocket science, Tums has a ton of sugar and it just sits on your teeth all night. Now when I feel heartburn coming on before bed a pop a couple of these, then brush my teeth. Melatonin has never worked for me before but they sure do in this product. Sleep like a baby and don't get the heartburn or when I do not nearly as bad.

These work well, both for settling the stomach before sleep and also aiding sleep. The taste is fine, not too sugary but also not chalky. They are a nice, chewy consistency, easy to take.

This works great for acid reflux and sleep. I would just caution to be careful to keep it separate from other Tim’s. My husband accidentally took this during the day on vacation and slept the entire day away! Proof of effectiveness, but bummer for our trip.

These help before bed with any residual indigestion and a little extra help to sleep. I was using the Pepto gummies but they're not around anymore. These are like chewing a large M&M with a chewy center. They taste good. Like candy before bed haaahaaa.

Wow these really work for sleep ! I used to take a few gummy melatonin to go to sleep , one of these and I’m knocked out !

This gently puts me to sleep and I am not groggy when I wake in the morning. Great taste and it works.
