Easy to setup!! Great Quality!! Best picture and good sound quality!!

I have only owned the tv for a short time now and am still working on getting the picture dialed in to where I like it. I ordered this and the seller was PC Richards. No one but Amazon had it in stock just before Christmas. I set it up and was disappointed to see a slightly dark spot the size of a grapefruit in the upper middle of the screen. It only showed on a light screen but it was there. I reported the defect through Amazon and the order was picked up and my money fully refunded no questions asked. The delivery guys even showed up with a screw gun to disassemble the tv for return (I had already placed it back in the original box. That is outstanding service. I ordered a replacement through Amazon but this time the seller was Samsung. It arrived timely and with no apparent defects. I think this is a very nice tv set, I have the Q80d in 55". The screen is very bright with great color deep blacks etc. I still need to dial in the picture to where I want it but I will get there. The sound is pretty good for two tv speakers, but I ordered a Samsung soundbar after a week. Not required but i like fuller sound when watching movies. The "smart" aspect of the tv work quite well and the apps load and run smoothly, even on wifi. I was worried I would not like the remote after reading some of the reviews but it is quite user friendly in my opinion. It is small and could be easily lost so will have to be careful. Very happy with this purchase. The new one arrived quickly and I had it set up in less than 10

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Our old Samsung started to die - some minor spots on the screen - it was 18 years old. We really liked the size of the 50" screen in our room. The updated features of this TV are wonderful. This screen looked the best for the type of shows we watch. Ease of setup: This was truly a plug and play. Size: 50" fit our space Picture quality: GREAT Sound quality: TV sounds are exception, we also have a digital sound bar to enhance movie sounds. Color quality: Color adapts to type of video we are watching. Value for money: Great price

Worst TV ever. Do not buy a Samsung. Very slow to turn on and filter since day one. Died after 6 months. They sent a company out after 2 weeks with a new part and it’s been nothing but problems since. Still not resolved and they don’t care. Waste of my money, never again.

First of all the delivery men were amazing and we hit it off so soon we didn’t get each others name lol but they were super nice guys! We spoke about gaming on GTAV and looking forward to part VI! They unboxed and helped me with everything and the product is exceptional! I went with Samsung again because the KS9000 I got in 2017 is still going but the colors and leds were fading but from my experience with the 9K and the Samsung soundbar I still use; their products are great so I bought the Q80D QLED tv and it’s amazing! The image is so bright, colorful, vivid and smooth that I can say it’s the best tv I’ve owned! I game on PS5 as well and everything from Atomfall, House of ashes to The Last of Us remaster of Part II look and play amazingly!!!

Amazing TV with great quality. Sound is great, Picture is great. I have had it for several months now, I use it for a lot of gaming and movies and the quality is amazing. The refresh rate is perfect for that smooth picture in games. My only complaint is the way the menu and settings for the new Samsung tvs are. I feel like they could be better, older Samsung tvs had a better menu/settings screen. But overall great tv. Would buy it again

So happy I went with the QLED over the OLED. I checked out the OLED in a best buy and the sound quality out of the box was horrible. Since the OLED is smaller, the speakers are much smaller/lower quality. You basically have to buy a sound bar. This QLED has wonderful sound out of the box and you can set the TV to an intuitive setting which creates a great theatrical picture and sound quality. This is heavy. I haven’t bought a tv in 9 years and didn’t expect the weight. Set this up with another person and be so careful with the screen and pulling the protective screen cover off. Great application interface as well as “wallpaper” settings to have the TV display imagery or even a calendar while you’re not using the TV. Great buy! Very happy.
