I fitted another applicator over ones provided to give a much better seal in my nostrils. Works a charm Update: This unit was bought July July 24. Stopped working 3 days ago 28 May 2025. I haven't used the device for well over 3 months and not very often before that. Was a good product. Buy again???? Not sure especially at the price

Used it once and then it failed. Wouldn't switch on or charge. Rubbish.

I got my first Neti pot about 10years ago after suffering with continuous chest infections and eventually pneumonia. It helped relieve the pressure on my sinuses, and whilst not really pleasant to use, was effective. This product does exactly the same, it’s a really good product, is effective but for me is very overpriced- however this is subjective so if you spend a little more on yourself than maybe I do, then possibly it’s the one for you. Great product but too pricey for me!

Started leaking after 8 months, you fill it and by the time it is cool enough to use 50% has leaked out. Not dropped, or damaged. Very disappointing.

It is totally waste of money! no power in it! your best off just buying the NeilMed rinse bottles. Wish I saved all the box etc I would send it straight back! I wouldnt even give this a 1 star but wouldnt let me go further without choosing one. :(

Been looking at getting a nose rinse kit for a while and the recent hay fever hell convinced me to try. Really happy I did and happy with this kit, feels good quality, love the black look as it matches my bathroom and it really helps my sinuses.

This product is what I've been looking for, really easy to use. Highly recommend.

Terrible performance—completely useless. It doesn’t do what it’s supposed to and is definitely not worth the money. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this one.
