these are VERY hot be careful hen you use

These are so good , I am amazed they work on any part of the body , I have ordered lots in case they ever stop making them , best product ever and with no drugs , even stop tickly chest coughs when stuck on chest . Brilliant , so glad I have found them .

Not easy to put on. They are very sticky so crinkle up once out of covering. I found them too hot on my back. Left on for over 1 hour but had to remove as felt they were irritating my skin. Not easy to take off as they stick to your skin. I would return it obviously packet is opened not sure Amazon would accept. Dry disappointed would not recommend

These are good but not as good as the blue pack. Personally I don't think they get hot at all. For me I'll be returning to the blue pack
