I have gone through 3 batteries which have all gotten stuck in the Drone and separate charging station. The clips are week plastic and sometimes stick out to far causing the battery to get stuck. You then have to pry them out and the clips break making the battery unusable. I love this drone, but the battery issue makes me wish I had gone with the DJI. Just so frustrating.

Pretty decent flight time. I don't really like that the batteries discharge if they aren't used within a day or so of charging.

I bought the Holy Stone HS900 the docking station three battery charger and two additional batteries. During the second charge done with the docking station charger the middle battery melted down and caused the third battery to be unusable as the melt down of the docking station charger will not allow the battery to be removed. I do not know if the melt down was caused by a defect inside the battery or the charger, either way it put an abrupt end to my flight time with a new drone. I have always been apprehensive when it comes to charging lithium batteries inside my home so I always set up the chargers and batteries in my detached workshop, this event proved to me that my apprehension was warranted. UPDATE: Still waiting for Holy Stone to ship two replacement batteries that were melted down in the charger, I have since bought and received two batteries that I ordered from Amazon and so far they are charging and not even remotely overheating during the charge process. With the sub-freezing temps we have had lately I only managed to get 22Minutes of flight time from each battery. Will update once I receive the warranty replacement batteries from Holy Stone.

Charged the battery when it arrived - never used it - now it will not hold a charge - Amazon says I cannot get a refund.

Seems to be a good battery price not so much?!!!

Be careful. These are expensive and poor quality. Ordered 2, one works and turns off after full charge. One doesn't turn off. 2 lights stay on. (possible short in circuit.) dies quick. Made me jump through hoops to get a replacement. (Want me to package up, take to ups drop-off or extra charge to have picked up.) Poor customer service all-around if you ask me. (the pic with 2 lights is the battery turned off.)
