A++ comfortable, non-slip, waterproof winter trail shoes
Fit is super-comfortable straight out of the box, even for wide fit with large bunions. So far have used these for muddy, flooded and icy terrain. Up steep hills, across unmarked moors and fields, and over rocky water-logged paths. Also on long grate bridge over freezing river. Nothing fazes these shoes. Feet permanently dry and warm. Love these, had several versions over the years. Waterproof and narrow which suits me. I take then a half size bigger than my usual size. Very lightweight, bliss

Huge fitting
Firstly, these were delivered to the wrong address, (a few houses away from me as I checked with my immediate neighbours) and left outside in full view of the road and footpath, despite Amazon stating they had been given to the householder (I was in waiting for them so surprised when I got a message to say they had been delivered. Contacted Amazon who were not particularly helpful and said to wait and see if they arrived. Two days later another neighbour delivered them to me, having seen them on the doorstep opposite for 2 days as the occupant was on holiday(so much for handing it to the householder as the delivery driver said) Rant over as I have never been let down by Amazon before, but this was very dishonest of the delivery driver. I bought these as a replacement for my worn out Salomon trail trainers which were absolutely amazing. I bought the same size but these were wide and huge fitting. I had to reluctantly return, they are well made and looked very smart but as I say for me huge.

Lighter colour than the picture advertised
They fit well but the colour in the picture is far darker than the colour that I received. I will be sending them back and finding a darker colour. A picture with good lighting may be of help to somebody who is looking for black/darker blue trainers rather than lighter blue
