Highly recommended!
Having worked on computers since the early 1980s, I spent thousands of hours using a mouse and it just didn't work for me anymore. I decided to try this new Ergonomic vertical mouse and discovered that it's possibly the best mouse on the market. There's no strain on your wrist, It's easy to use, it functions perfectly and it's great value. Highly recommended

Great mouse!
This is my first vertical mouse, and I must say, I like it very much. The first day I had it, I found it awkward to use, but after that, I adapted quickly. I cannot imagine going back to a regular mouse now. This mouse is very light weight and comfortable in the hand. The placement of the buttons is perfect; one thing I especially like is that the back and forward buttons for the browser are positioned in such a way that they are easy to reach when needed, but also far enough out of the way that accidental presses are unlikely. Another nice thing is that it can be used with the included dongle, or with Bluetooth. I have not used the Bluetooth functionality yet, but that would be very convenient for switching among different devices, using it on a device that doesn't have any available USB ports, or using it if you've forgotten the dongle. There is a storage compartment on the bottom of the mouse for the USB dongle just in case you need to transport or store it so that it does not get lost. The mouse charges with a USB-C cable, and the cable is included. I haven't had the mouse long enough to speak to battery life, but so far, so good. The one negative I can say is that the mouse is very tall, so it is easy to knock over, but that kind of comes with the form factor. You can't have a tall vertical mouse that is flat, it would just be a regular mouse, so that will just take some getting used to. Truly, it feels like an extension of my arm and hand and for the price, there is no reason not to try it!

Comfortable design, seriously lacking battery life
This is a purchase I'm torn on. The shape is great and the price is right, but the battery life is miserably short and can't get through 8 hours of use without being plugged back in. Buttons, quality and movement are natural feeling. No lag to observe. Connectivity is hit or miss. LED color is standard mouse-laser red. Does help with preventing wrist soreness, feels good on the hand to use.

Good product.
Received in a box containing the mouse, charging cable (USB C to A, about 18" long) and a small manual. The mouse itself is about 4.75" long, 2.5" wide at the base and 3" high. I have a medium-sized palm (7.25"), and it fits well. The USB wireless adapter is inside the base and little hard to remove. The bottom switch has 3 positions (BT, OF and 2.4G for Bluetooth, Off and wireless). The manual is not in the best of English, but decent enough and adequate for its purpose. Most importantly, it works as intended. I bought it to use with my laptop which has built-in Bluetooth and running Windows 11 Home. The moment I turned the switch to BT, a notification popped up on my laptop asking permission to connect to 'BT 5.2 Mouse' (I didn't even have to search for it). I also tested it with the USB wireless adapter, and it is true PNP. All works well (right and left buttons, back and forward pages side buttons, and scrolling). I haven't fiddled with the DPI switch and likely never will. Overall, I am pleased with a good first impression. Recommend. Thank you.

Good mouse!
Very comfortable to hold, honestly hard to go back to any other kind of mouse. Battery life is decent, but expect to charge it every week or so if you're a constant computer user. Bluetooth connection can be a little finicky, especially with older devices and Apple products, but the USB connection has given me no issues! I don't even need a mousepad. Overall, you're getting your money's worth!

Satisfying to click, lightweight, and easy-to-use
I purchased this mouse, and from the moment it arrived to two days later, it kept stuttering and freezing for 5-10 seconds every 1-2 minutes. It became very frustrating, but I contacted customer service, and they were extremely friendly and quick to respond. They sent me a second mouse, free of charge. Unfortunately, the same issue happened, and just when I was about to return it, I decided to try a different USB port on my PC, and I haven't had a single issue since. This mouse has been very smooth, satisfying to touch and click, and it's very quiet. Some may say that it's too light, but I disagree—I think the weight and design are perfect for me. It fits my hand nicely, and the wireless connectivity is good as well. I have heard that connecting the mouse via bluetooth instead of the wireless USB is better, but my PC doesn't have bluetooth capabilities, so I've been using the wireless USB option—it works well. I haven't had the mouse long enough to test out how long the battery life lasts, but I'm sure it'll be a while when I charge next.

Good and bad...
I've been using an ergonomic mouse since before they were so readily available so I have experience with lots of different styles. I bought this one specifically because it was a similar shape to the one I'd been using but it's also capable of connecting via Bluetooth, which my 10-year-old mouse can't do. I've only had this new one for a day, so I can't comment on battery life yet. Ergonomically, it's fine. A little different from my old one but comfortable enough. I don't love how it comes to a point on top, but so far it's not bothering me as far as ergonomics go. The clicks are really soft, so be aware if you like a more solid click. I'm fine with the soft click. I haven't explored all the button features, but I really only use the right and left click and scroll wheel. All work as expected. Set-up was simple. Charge it, turn it on, and scan on my laptop for Bluetooth connections. It did take a while to charge the first time, so I'm a bit worried about how long it's going to last on one charge and how long it will take to recharge. I don't use my laptop/mouse daily. Kind of afraid I'll need it and find it dead. But again, I haven't had it long enough to be able to tell yet. My biggest issue is how light it is. I know that sounds like it should be a good thing, but without enough weight to it, it's unbalanced. You really need to keep your hand leaning back a bit (on your outer palm, potentially bending your wrist) to keep it from tipping forward onto the point of the triangle. The feet of the mouse are not wide enough apart to hold it steady as you move it around. You really can't lean any weight onto the mouse, which for me, is already causing some shoulder fatigue after only one day. My old mouse had a battery compartment that added to the weight on the bottom to keep it steady, and it also had a bit of flare on the base of the point, which helped to keep it from tipping forward. Overall, I'd give it 2.5 stars but rounded up to 3. For the price, it'll do until I find something that fits my needs better.
