Love these bread slings. They was up nicely. I have not had an issue with the bottom of my bread burning like others I have used. Definitely recommend

Double check the size of your bowl or banneton before ordering. These were smaller than my usual proofing baskets so I am back to using parchment. These are better suited to smaller loaves (bread bowl) size. That being said, they wipe down nicely and work like any other silicone mat I've used before.
