Dose the knife come with it

Comes with just the knife, sheath wasn't included had to buy it separate but still one of my favorite throwing knifes I own.

I ordered this sheath & it does not fit the Perfect Balance thrower, is the correct sheath for this knife available?

Would this sheath fit the cold steel bowie bushman?

I found it to be a tight, poorly fitted sheath for my Bowie.

Could anyone share if this sheath will fit a la fontaine thrower, or any other cold steel knives?

It would not. In fact the sheath did not even look like the image provided. It's straight. I wouldn't recommend it honestly if your trying to use it as a "quick" drawing sheath for throwing as the knife itself becomes very stuck in it. It fits nicely but far too snuggly.
