Nice coffee machine! It's fantastic. Not only does it look great, but it also works like a charm. Grinding is noiseless and smooth. My mornings are so much better now because it brews fast and delivers delicious coffee each time. Plus, the settings let me make my coffee just how I like it. Cleaning is super easy. I highly recommend this.

I bought this coffee maker in Dec 2024. It worked fairly well. However the glass carafe cracked and broke few days ago. Since then I've been trying to contact their customer service but they don't seem to exist. Amazon customer service first gave me an Indian toll free number which proved to be non existent. They then gave me a UK local number. Finally I got an email address for Russell Hobbs UK. I wrote to them with the details of purchase and asking for help to replace the carafe. I got an automated reply saying they would get back within 6 days. This was on 16/7/25. Since then there has been absolutely no reply . Giving this coffee maker 1 star for pathetic customer service. Have wasted 2-3 hours on contacting them with no result. Please don't buy this item because you will get no help in case anything goes wrong. An overhyped brand. Edit on 1/8/25. I was finally able to chat with Russell Hobbs UK. I had to go on their UK website to do so. There is absolutely no info on how to contact their Indian service. After this Indian customer service got in touch with me by email . I then explained the problem. Today I finally received the replacement carafe. I must say that after contact they were prompt with their response. But I hope henceforth Russell Hobbs states clearly on their products on how to contact local service. Changing review to 4 stars after this experience.

I would have preferred place to keep a paper filter for better coffee, but good product overall

Super machine. Je peux vous donnez mon avis maintenant tester et essayer le bon café. Très simple et fait son travail, un bon café. Vous allez être surpris car le moulin est intégré dans le filtre oui ouiiii. Je la recommande par sa simplicité. Par contre le petit défaut pas facile pour le nettoyage car comme écrit plus haut le moulin est intégré dans le filtre. Regardez la photo. A part ce défaut j'en suis satisfaite et pas déçu de mon achat

For me its perfect i am on my own.. But if you have company It can only hold it warm for 40 minuts or i forgot something😂 If you have medium roasted beans its good

Väldigt nöjd brygger jättegott kaffe beror givetvis på vilka bönor man använder. Den låter en aning när den maler men väl värt oljudet. Den är lättanvänd tydlig display. Väl värd pengarna ett bra köp med andra ord. Leverans kom 2 dagar innan utsatt tid stor eloge till Amazon.

This is one kitchen item we would not be without.Used nearly everyday.Mostly use beans and grinder.Grinds perfect.If you use ground coffee it is easy to change over.Well recommended.

Arrivata nei tempi stabiliti, imballaggio ottimo, la macchina si presenta piacevole alla vista, plastica buona ed inserti in acciaio inox. Il caffe con le diverse tipologie di uso soddisfa il palato degli amanti del caffè americano da leggero a forte e molto forte, l'unica accortezza mettere sempre un po' di caffè in più rispetto all'acqua. Sarebbe stato utile il prolungamento della macinatura del caffè per renderlo più fine, ma si risolve facendolo macinare due volte. Facilità d'uso anche del display, Da parte mia mi ritengo soddisfatto dell'acquisto, fa un buon caffè all'americana! Leggermente rumorosa nella macinatura.
