I love this mask and how it came with a large neck/chest covering. It is easy to set up and the remote is connected to it so you don’t need to be by a plug. It has helped my skin already and the texture of my skin is better within a few uses. I highly recommend this mask!

These were all serious reviews and convinced me LED face masks are a legitamate beauty add-on. Megelin Mask is the best buy because of the soft mask, AND has the neck attachment with 7 settings. Both masks are comfortable and easy to use at the same time. The science is undisputed and safe. I pay over $1000 a year for laser and IPL treatments. With this product, I can save that money and focus on in home treatments for collagen boosts and skin tone and hyperpigmentation at my leisure. THe 7 mask settings target every interest for skin improvement. I am a believer. This is the real deal. Skeptics? Research Led masks and be convinced. Megelin is a great price for a great product.

Just recently received my red light mask and neck device. I’ve only used it once so far and it was easy to put on and very comfortable and relaxing. It feels high end and I love all the different lights for different issues for your skin. I gave 4 stars because the directions that came with it didn’t explain very much so I reached out to customer service and they were great, replied right away and answered all my questions.

Here’s the key troubleshooting info: Make sure you’re using the charger that came with the device. I had been using my phone charger (USB-C to USB-C), which turned out to be the problem. Once I switched back to the original charger, the mask worked again. Troubleshooting Guide for Common Issues With the Face Mask Controller Issue 1: Controller Won't Charge Step A: Please confirm whether you are using a Type-C to Type-C cable or a USB to Type-C cable. The mask only supports USB to Type-C. Step B: Ensure you are using a USB charging adapter, as Type-C adapters are not supported. Please try charging with a USB adapter and the original cable. Issue 2: Device Won't Turn On / LED Lights Not Working Step A: Check the controller's battery. If it won’t turn on without being plugged in, charge it first. If there’s no response while charging, follow the charging troubleshooting steps. Step B: Ensure the controller is not charging while trying to turn it on, as it cannot operate while charging.

I have used this red light mask going on 5-6 months at this point and absolutely love it! The mask is comfortable to use and offers many light varieties for multiple skin issues to target your needs. I primarily use the red light therapy function for anti-aging and have noticed an improvement in the overall tone and texture of my skin. Its smoother and my skin tone is more even, with less redness. I can see this being beneficial for those with acne as well since it has a blue light function. The product came in very nice packaging and has been durable so far and has a pretty long batter life.
