Love this thing. It makes making Tincture, Honeys, Oils and Butters easy and they are most excellent..

So happy I bought this! i’ve been looking at an infuser for a while and wasn’t sure which one to buy. I like this one because it was more compact. It doesn’t take up counter space and easy to store. I was also looking for something that doesn’t stink up the house whenever you use it. This delivered on that too I tried it out today with a butter recipe from the seller's socials and it worked out great. I used the decarb option to wake up the herbs and then I just added the butter and set it and let it work. When it was done, I just strained out the butter into the molds that were provided, and it made cute little sticks of butter! I can’t wait to use it for more recipes cause the mini brownies I made using that butter were amazing!

I purchased a Hello High Ultra Infuser. When I plug the unit into an outlet the buttons are unresponsive. The display screen just shows a double E fault and the device does not function. I am wondering if there is a start-up step I missed. The instructions do not indicate there is but I could be missing something I will happily update my review once I get the infuser functioning and/or get some guidance. Updated - It turns out the infuser I was sent was refurbished, unbeknownst to me. I sent it back and ordered a new one directly from HellHigh and it works great! I recommend this product but maybe getting it directly from the seller is best.

I use my machine several times per week and have had the pleasure of making honey, oil, tincture, butter, infused milk, infused honey and gummies. I think the possibilities are endless. I really don't notice much of a smell during the decarb phase at all. You can decarb max 1/2 oz at a time. The min amount of fluid needed for infusions is 1 cup. The machine is quiet and easy to use. It takes up very little space on my counter and has a sleek design. I can also store it in a cabinet when not using. It is very easy to clean. The detachable cord is a plus for storing away. I agree with others & I wish the unit came with more thorough instructions, as you would only know the E3 code meant the unit was not sealed if you watched the YouTube videos. I thought my machine was broken at first. However, the creator is very responsive and friendly via email. There is so much value on her YouTube channel that you feel you get more than you pay for and feel connected to the HelloHigh cooks community.

I have had my infuser for only 6 month--about two weeks ago, its just been leaking. For the amount of money that was paid for this it should not be having malfunctions so soon; I am so careful with everything and followed the directions. I purchased for the sleek look and versatility to make my oils; now it is not working properly after only a short time. I lose product and money every time I use it. I am not happy

Looked like inner packaging had been opened. Lid seal permanently deformed. Won't seal.

It works great but I did get a error code E3 on my machine and I can't figure out what that means and I can't seem to find anywhere online that will tell me does anyone know?

I've been making medicinal herbal tinctures in this with ease and every batch is PERFECTION!! I use everclear to make tinctures and food grade glycerine to make glycerine. Absolutely in love with this infuser. Best purchase I've ever made. Had this for a year and a half. Just made the best blue lotus dream elixer!! In the past I've gotten concentrates and infused MCT oil for my dummies. Just LOVE these molds!

Seems well-made. I processed 16 oz. of herb in an afternoon and the device was up to the task. Simple, intuitive and uncomplicated. It’s my first all-in-one and I would never go back to oven and stove methods. Great value.
