This item so far was my worst purchase of 2023, I was trying to use this for few nights but discomfort kept me awake ,after few sleepless nights I finally was able to sleep but the snoring didn’t go away, in the mornings I was waking up with teeth pain. I decided to throw this away! This items is garbage and didn’t work for me.

Not the most comfortable, you'd think that by 2026 they'd come up.with something better. If you suffer from TMJ it might be good to use every other night.

For many years I've snored. It's worse if I'm on my back or have had a few adult beverages. And sometimes I have the very scary kind where I stop breathing for perhaps 10 seconds and then take a huge whooping breath. I've been reluctant to do a sleep study and probably wear a CPAP mask every night. This is the only device I've found so far that works for me. It takes a bit of getting used to. My mouth was a bit sore at first, but I got used to it and it no longer bothers me. (I imagine the one that moves your jaw 6mm really hurts) I've been using this for almost 2 years now. (I'm on my second one as the first one wore out and broke at the hinge) I barely notice wearing it anymore. It does tend to give you a dry mouth and if you end up mouth breathing, sometimes a bit of a sore throat. (which snoring does to you anyway) Of course everyone's mouth isn't the same. This is not a custom fit and will not align with everyone's jaw size or the way their teeth are laid out. I'm sure this is the reason for a lot of the 1 and 2-star reviews. It seems a bit pricey for what you get--an engineered piece of plastic that likely costs them a few dollars to make and package. But so is a $40 plastic phone case I guess. But it's kind of magic---I wear this and do not snore. My GF can vouch for this. The included cleaner is a nice bonus as typically cleaner alone is over $10. I've found that sometimes I manage to spit it out in the middle of the night and then have to play a game of "Where did it go?" I've found it everywhere from in the bedclothes, under the small of my back, and even under the bed or across the room. YMMV. A minor complaint. Overall, if you snore and don't want to go through the hassle and $$$$ of more expensive options, this might be worth a try for you.

I’ve used Z quiet size 1 (1mm) for about three weeks. It’s easy to use, soft, and does not cause gum irritation. I tracked my snoring with an app- and the first few nights I stopped snoring completely. My sleep quality increased and I felt more rested. With that said, the jaw soreness and teeth sensitivity was pretty bad the first few days. I stuck with it and it did eventually get better. BUT- I also discovered that the more I used the product, the less I would be able to re-align my bite in the morning. It got to the point where I wasn’t able to properly chew anymore because my bite has been altered so bad. My jaw also started clicking pretty bad, which are early signs of TMJ (thought I was too young for that!) I also noticed that after week 2 - my snoring started coming back - no more than 4-9 minutes a night but it was loud enough to wake my partner up. Still, a significant improvement. My bottom teeth started feeling pretty fragile from the constant pressure and I couldn’t take the fact that I couldn’t chew properly anymore - so I had to find a solution that does not move your jaw (they are out there and they DO work!). Pros: - significantly reduces or completely stops snoring -easy to use -affordable Cons: - not fitted for your mouth so can cause significant pressure and pain on teeth that aren’t aligned. Painful for smaller jaws or teeth that are not perfect - causes a lot of jaw pain - re-alignés your bite, makes it very hard and painful to chew -ignites TMJ event if you didn’t think you had it And no, these symptoms don’t go away even after a week of not wearing the device. It takes a few weeks for your mouth to go back to feeling normal. Conclusion: I think this device would work for healthy adults with perfectly straight teeth and normally aligned jaws, and who have no symptoms of TMJ. However, I have a feeling that even these people will experience some sort of jaw misalignment after continued use. Talk to your dentist, peeps!

The mouthpiece does work, it just takes a while to get used to. Found myself drooling and my gums were hurting. Used it for a few months, then decided to lose weight. The snoring stopped, and I did not need it. I would buy again.
