as advertised works well

I barely have any familiarity with barcodes. pages of manual stick together and are hard to separate without damage. wish PDF was available. found full manual on website. tried on a QR code sent by my health insurance. wow! the browser went instantly to survey they wanted filled out. no login typing needed. this will be a significant help as I am physically unable to use touchscreens like smartphones. still can't give 5 stars, because when plugged in computer complained that it is an "unknown Logitech keyboard" and asked me to type certain keys to identify it. which can't be done as it has no such keys. had to abort, leaving it still unknown.

There’s a reason this was cheap, it doesn’t always pick up the barcode. Like they say, you get what you pay for. Spend a little more and get a better one.

There is something cool about using a scanner. It is so handy to have a separate device than using the scanner on my phone. For a home-based business just starting out the very reasonable cost was also a factor. It reminds me of when I was a child and played grocery store...I sure could have used it back then. It works great, looks great and was inexpensive. You can't go wrong.

Decent scanner covering more than a few optical label types. Just wish it would more directly to where the scanner is pointing to. Easy plug and play without redoing any scanned configs.
