SO, I BOUGHT HER THESE AND ANOTHER PAIR, COMPLETELY TWO DIFFERENT VERSIONS. THESE ARE SOLD TO BE WORN AS SENIOR HEARING AIDS, BUT THEY'RE JUST NOT. IF YOU HAVE A PARENT THAT IS AGING AND REFUSES TO CHANGE, WON'T SEE THE AUDIOLOGIST, YET HAS TAKEN YOU ALL YOUR LIFE, GET READY TO BE CHARMING THEM INTO TRYING ON VARIOUS SETS OKAY? I FINALLY GOT HER ONTO A PAIR THAT ARE ACTUALLY FOR SENIORS, I TESTED THEM OUT AND WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND I COULD HEAR, AND I HAVE NOW, ABOUT A 80 OR SO LOSS IN BOTH EARS FROM DECADES ...I HEAR EXTREMELY WELL W/MY AIDS FROM MY AUDIOLOGIST (FYI, IFYOU GO, DO NOT GET TOP NOTCH, SKIP FOR MEDIUM PRICE RANGE, DO NOT NEED BLUETOOTH, IT ACTUALLY MAKES IT HARDER TO HEAR MOST OF THE TIME, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A NURSE OR WORK AROUND EXTERNAL NOISES). I'm still trying to get use to wearing hearing aids it's my first time and my ears are hurting in spots but over all I'm very satisfied with the way they help my hearing

These hearing aids have brought my daily conversations to a whole new level. It allows me to have a clear conversation while removing some of the background noises. They are extremely small and resemble wireless earbuds, so I felt very comfortable while wearing them in public. The battery lasts for my entire work time and I find it convenient to use.

First of all, as far as sound quality is concerned, it's below average. The sound is very tinny and distorted. Also, there's no good noise canceling for yourself so you hear every word you say.Secondly, is the charging case. The magnets in it are poor to the point where if you have it in your pocket, the hearing aids will come off of the charger pins.Also once fully charged, the hearing aid does not go into standby mode but instead turns on, Even if they are in the charging case. This results in a high-pitched screeching noise coming from the case of the earbuds.But in a pinch they help you hear better.

It had made my grandpa's auditory life so much easier :) The sound comes through clear and loud without getting too loud, and the noise-cancelling feature helps in noisy environments. I love that they're rechargeable and so easy to use. My grandpa can wear them all day without any discomfort! Great product!

This was the best gift for my grandma so far. She found them very easy to operate. With their automatic on/off feature, they are simple to use, and the volume adjustment is quite self-explanatory. She loves the comfortable fit and, of course, hearing much better while watching her favorite TV shows. An excellent gift for seniors who need hearing assistance.

These OTC hearing aids are difficult to figure how to use. The wind totally sets off feedback. The QR codes for owner instructions, with the packaging do not work. Lots of high pitch whining noises from the charger base. It seems impossible to figure out the volume settings.
