This tape has excellent adhesion and is easy to work with. It sticks securely without feeling overly aggressive, and the durability is impressive for how thin and flexible it is. The roll goes a long way, which makes it a good value for the price. I used this tape for a small DIY project to secure an electrical cord along a windowsill so it wouldn’t hang loosely. It held the cord firmly in place, blended in well with the wall color, and made everything look much cleaner and more intentional. When I later removed the tape to rearrange furniture, it came off cleanly without damaging the wall or leaving residue behind. Overall, this is a very versatile tape to keep around for organizing, mounting, or general household projects. Reliable, strong, and easy to use.

This is my "go to" tape. I use it for so many things including to replace the use of nails. It states on the packaging the weight limit for the tape and there are various weights for the tape. I have hung canvas pictures, wood trim, thick lace trim and many other decor items around the house. It has never damage any item that I had removed. It has definitely been an awesome tape for me.

As a teacher, I can say that this stuff is GOLD. It never falls down but is tricky to remove when you don't want something on the wall anymore. The trick is to use a hair dryer. We use this to mount things to project boards—it really makes things “pop”. I only wish I had remembered to get the thicker version, but double stacking it worked perfectly. I highly recommend for students, teachers and those wanting something that holds to painted cinder brick school/dorm walls.

This works okay if you are mounting some light items. I used it to mount some floating shelves in my living room and they've held up for a few months now. I am able to place some light decor items on top of the shelves and don't have any worries about them falling. I will say that you have to follow the instructions very closely as you are placing this on the wall or the product definitely doesn't stay in place (that is more user error than anything). I would definitely recommend for some smaller hanging products if you're looking for an alternative for the command strips - this definitely lasts longer in my opinion.

This stuff is great. I use it to put up my alarm sensors and it holds up for a long time. It lasted three years before I had to take it down to move. I just used it again in our new house and no issues. Also, it comes off easily when taking it down without causing damage.

Looked carefully at all the options for foam tape for securing metal weights in my model trains, and finally decided on this particular product. I had a number of projects on hold waiting for it; and when it arrived I used the tape immediately. It was perfect - it holds the weights in place without using chemicals that can distort or warp the model being weighted. It is also a perfect width and so far it holds the weights firmly. The foam cushion allows for imperfections in the weights and model surface - and I expect long-life plus the ability to add additional weight if needed. Excellent product that has the authentic 3M logo, so I feel the quality is there, also.

Great for a variety of uses. Even outside.

Holds up my lightweight posters very well but sticks to the wall too much. To take it off of my wall, I had to painstakingly scrape with my nail to remove the residue. It's possible that my walls are a weird texture (they have no shine to them) but still very annoying.

I like the thickness of this tape. It's so much easier to put a strip of this on something you want to pop up rather than using many little pop dots.
