This is the best product I have ever used for my hair, skin & nails! I’ve always struggled with brittle nails, thin hair and dry skin. I almost stopped the product after about a month, but decided to keep going because I still had about a half of the bottle left. I am so happy to tell you I have long beautiful strong nails, my hair grows about 2 - 3 inches between my hair appointments (2-3 months) and my skin is radiant. Thank you so much for this product!! I’ve been using these NutraHarmony Biotin, Collagen & Keratin capsules for a while and I’m really happy with them. I like that they are capsules instead of gummies, since they don’t have added sugar. Since I started using this product, my nails have become stronger and I have noticed my hair growing faster. My opinion may be very personal as each person has their individual health profile, in my case, before using these support pills, my nails would chip and bend often, since taking these hair vitamins, they are strong and look very healthy. The taste is a bit fishy, and they are not small pills, but with a big gulp of water they pass rather smoothly. I am subscribed to this product, what else can I say :)

It seems to be okay and strengthen my nails and such but it does contain a large amount of biotin per serving and my stomach does get a little upset but otherwise it does seem to have an improvement on my nail strength. As for my hair I think it's okay. A little less biotin per serving and this would be great.

I had a neck brace with a lot of velcro on it, I had to keep my hair in a ponytail on the top of my head and ended up with a bald spot right front and center of my hair and being a woman with a large bald beacon where everyone can see it made me feel bad. I tried different types of hair supplements for about 6 months per and got nothing from them. I finally found this and about the 4th month I noticed hair poking out of my head in the bald area, and I ran my hand over my entire head and felt prickly little new hairs growing in. The bald spot is gone and my hair grows really fast although some parts are growing faster than others, but you can't really expect a pill to know where to add growth, I just trim it a bit if it looks like a spot needs it, but it really isn't that noticeable to anyone. It doesn't bother my stomach, easy to swallow, I haven't noticed a taste although I take a few vitamins at the same time, seems to be strong enough since it fixed my hair and the money is so worth it.
