IDEAL 365 OFFICE TYPIST CHAIR
I had to return the original chair as I could not assemble one of the parts. However, the company were terrific and respond immediately and then sent another chair which I managed to assemble. It is very comfortable and looks good. A very decent family company and highly recommended.

Comfortable and easily assembled
Quick and easy to put together, comfortable to sit on, what more could you want? I have to take a mark off for a broken piece of plastic (cosmetic, doesn't affect the end use) and the base was oddly really dirty so I wonder if it might have been ex-display. Also, having been using a mesh backed chair for years, I had not appreciated just how much of a difference the cushioned back would be in the current warm weather. If you're in a cold room, you'll like this as a warm chair, but I think I'll need to get one of those mesh lumbar support thingies for summer and that is probably something worth being aware of before purchase.

Not a good buy
This looked a good chair for £80. The first one arrived without the arms so returned it. The second one also arrived minus the arms so this time I phoned the supplier who right away agreed to send out the arms separately. The chair was assembled with the arms but I could not get the back to remain rigid. I just kept tilting backwards. No use at all so again returned to Amazon and refund given. I notice now the price has reduced to £68 but I would think twice about buying this chair.

Don't believe the negative reviews
I am impressed, this is comfortable, easy to assemble and a good product. Arrived promptly with no problems. I was concerned about some of the bad reviews but I took a chance and I am very glad I did. It is a lot better than the last chair I had and although I have not had it long enough to judge it's durability it certainly seems sturdy and strong enough. Good adjustment available. I recommend this chair

Fine but had no assembly instructions.
Came with no instructions, I had to use logic to work out how to assemble it.
