The product is great! Plenty of ways to arrange the drying rack and is very mobile. The instructions could use some more details though.

After spending a month in Europe and enjoyed the experience of having my clothes dried naturally, I decided to make this purchase. I like the design as it will allow me to dry a load and also extend my use of it in the fall/winter for sweaters that requires to be “lay flat”. At first glance I thought I could assembled this myself; the instructions are mostly through pictures so it seemed simple but it missed details/clarity. So that was a bit frustrating for me.. also, I didn’t have the strength to connect the last few pieces. Although I wanted to do this myself, it still required my husband to undo what I did and rebuild it correctly.Also, one of the rods was bent.. didn’t bother me much so I was ok with it. Overall, a good product to have if you enjoy using sunshine for drying your clothes and extend this ability in the rainy season for delicate items dried in the garage.

Needed rack for storage room - drying etc. This turned out to be a very poor quality - the crossbars fall randomly, the feet aren't stable - this morning one just fell off. it is definitely going in the trash - really sorry we purchased it.

It is a nice item however very difficult to assemble and there are no clear instructions on how to do so. It would be helpful if there were a website or a much clearer package insert. What was included was very small and the step by step instructions very vague and minimal. Also the top crossbar was dented when I opened the box. I still haven't completed assembly because I'm not sure what to do with the racks. Upon complete assembly I found the item to be much too large for my apartment. Storage is a problem for small spaces. This item is better suited for a house with a large laundry room. Even broken down it is much too difficult to store.

Low quality for such a high price. I would expect the quality of this product to go for $20. The plastic is cheap, and one of the metal bars has a slit in it, leaving my delicate clothes susceptible to getting snagged. The assembly instructions are difficult to follow. Overall, I was very disappointed with this product.

It is large but if that’s what you are looking for then this is the drying rack for you! We keep it folded in the corner of the room and take it out when needed.

Great drying rack. I can fit a lot of clothes on here. Very easy to fold up and hide away.
