This product is value for money. The stock does seem old, as the plastic cover has micro scratches. The pages are more yellow than white, which may indicate that they have been sitting oxidized for a while. I wanted to take notes of a coaching class and didn't want to use a big note book and this is a perfect size. The spiral binding helps me completely fold the book which is uneasy to write with when you fold a normal notebook. Doesn't bleed through. Feels like good quality and also sturdy.

These are perfect if you don’t wanna get a big notebook with subject dividers. It probably fits well in a medium size purse or bigger, doesn’t take up too much space in a backpack.

While the paper is okay, the covers are very thin. All of the edges were bent just from shipping. They are not durable and will not hold up well in a bag.

If you’re into I self growth or just writing, it’s always great to have the option of having a dump journal and an achievement journal and if you’re in self-help that shadow journal.
