Product was difficult to assemble. The instructions were not accurate. Legs have fallen off due to screws being to short and didn’t go where the instructions said to put them. Basically had to build by hand because the instructions were not accurate. There is no place to set up food and water dishes.

We like the design, the height, the way the space is arranged and the doors and visibility. However, the wood is very light and not treated or painted in any way (which you could do) and that leads to making it difficult to clean, the bottom tray doesn't slide out easily, and the animals chew on everything (successfully). and the ramp falls down all the time. Ultimately, we will be switching back to a standard all metal and plastic cage.

Purchased less than a month ago and already looking for something else. The cage looks great, but pee is already soaking through, no matter how often I clean it and change bedding/pads. Descent size, just bad design flaws.The bottom is water resistant but the sides of the tray are wood, so the corners are a mess. The wooden piece above the bedroom area is removable, but very inconvenient to push it out from underneath.Honestly just do not recommend for any animals that are messy in the slightest.

Very happy and great price

I got this for my daughter for her hamster. With in a day or two her hamster was able to chew through the wood on the back and escape. We have had to wrap it in chicken wire but the wood is so thin she is able to just chew it all. Pretty disappointing. Thought it would be of better quality. Now it’s unusable because we don’t want to lose our hamster.

Like the look and the height. However, the bottom tray is not quite wide enough to stay on the bracket, and it kept falling down onto the floor. We added additional braces so poor George didn't get loose and eaten by Thor Kitty!

I bought this for my flying squirrel. I had a large metal habit, but I live on the coast and the metal rusted. I bought this one because it is mostly made of wood. It was easy to assemble. I assembled it with my grandson. My only wish was that it was taller for our squirrel to get more exercise.
