I admit, I was skeptical at first. But I could not be more happy with this toaster! It works flawlessly. Very quiet. Very easy to use. The screen is bright and clear. The stainless and black look great on the counter. It was very easy to set up. Note that you don’t have to connect it to WiFi if you don’t want to. The toast and bagels come out perfect every time. Very happy with this product .

its costly yes but it is a great toaster I love it i also go the toasty press its great grilled cheese when ever you want

OMG I thought my husband was crazy when he asked if he could get me this. I was like at that price for a two slice toaster. Now I am excited that I have it. Makes the best sandwiches and toast is amazing. Not dried out moist and the best toast I have ever had. Works great with bagels frozen or fresh.

If God of toasters came down and blessed you with an almighty toaster this would be that toaster. I've never had a better toaster

In the past year I have had two of these toasters go out on me. It will not turn on at all. Yes the outlet is working. And yes I have tried a different working outlet. When the product worked, it toasted very well and evenly. The machine is also very pleasing to the eye. However, I feel that it may be time for me to go back to the $10 old faithful toasters that have never failed me. I just submitted a warranty claim. I will repost with my warranty experience once complete. Wish me luck.

Nice looking toaster, but it doesn't evenly toast well. I called the company who said they could send a replacement out that would be reprogrammed to work better. When I mentioned to the suppler my concerns about the 30 day Amazon return expiring before I received the warranty replacement, they said not to worry that the replacement would work perfectly. Luckily I submitted the process for the return as the replacement didn't work as well as the first. Even though I sent the toaster back for refund within the time provided by Amazon the supplier tried to charge a restocking fee. Amazon gladly reversed this fee.
