For the price, I would definitely say this is a great product. While buying, I was very skeptical looking at the mixer reviews, but if you're in the same conundrum, I'd definitely say, go on and get this. It pulverises everything under a minute, and I'm not exaggerating. It's great for making smoothies, milkshakes, chutneys and can also be used to dry grind masalas (though I have not tried this). The thing to keep in mind is that this is not a full-blown mixer grinder so I would exercise caution for in doing heavy duty things like grinding large portions of Dosa daal/rice (however it can do it, but in small portions), that would not be fair. It's very easy to use, the jars and blades are differentiated well. I've had it for a week now and I love it.

He'llo, I purchased this product one launch day. I purchased because of brand name. 1. Product is too noisy. 2. Full vibration. 3. Lock is good. 4. Button knob is good. 5. Jar quality is good. Now main problem. Blade motor connector is of rubber. Leakage issue from base. Below blade plastic is not durable. Not perfect grinder. Jar are not scratch free. Suggest to go for some other brands or spend less Good for 3 to 6 months regular use after that waste only. You will not get blade cap separately. So think before investing. Better to go for full time mixer grinder only. I understand some people are smothe or shake lovers .. ur choice..

It's good for what it is designed, but can u replace it with your old mixer grinder??? NO. Keep mixer u will need it when u need a bigger batch of food. This processor is perfect for day to day job like chopping, grinding small batch of chutney, gravy masala, shakes, smoothies and veg shots etc....I am loving it. Best part is it's handy, stylish , takes a very small space in kitchen and an excellent overflow feature that prevents any mishaps., Easy to clean too. After 8 months of use . It's main rotator broke and I hope I m able to replace it. Team promptly came and exchanges but the next day I realise the blade is some what loose and start to leak. Raise complaint but mow no one is actually interested. Review after 1 yr. of use. I think I use products with care and caution but you will not want a handy product to fail like this one every other day. It leaks as the blade has loosen up with constant use( that’s what we buy these for) One of the bottoms have broke with appearing cracks making it of no use. Inner gasket cut as it got stuck in its blades and believe me I checked before putting it up. The mess it is creating in every use after 8 months of use, I would not want another fancy product on my slab anymore. Going back to my 10 yr. old durable simple mixer costed only 1800 to me then. This anti gravity is a myth.

It’s an amazing product and the reviews have been messed up by the people who don’t know how to handle a blender. I have had the product for almost over a month now. Given the negative reviews I waited for a month to write my review. Here are a few things to note Look & Feel - Very compact, classy and elegant looking blender. Jars are beautiful and sturdy. Operation- You CANNOT grind heavy duty material in this blender. It’s a blender not a grinder. Even for veggies and fruits you need to chop them first. Smoothies, lassi, everyday onion and tomato grinding does not take more than 15 secs. The machine is super efficient. Because if the small build you need to hold the jars firmly. WHAT YOU SHOULDNT DO TO END UP LIKE ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWERS Clean the jars ends with a dry cloth if they are wet before fitting the blade. Don’t shake the jar after blending unless you are ready to open it Do not fill watery items more than half at a time, slightly thicker items can go upto 60% Don’t let the machine go on for 30 secs at a time, most drinks and masalas are well done under 30 secs Don’t close the blade lid hastily, because this blade side is a lid and is going to spin real fast even a little carelessness will lead to spillage. People in India are used to heavy-duty grinders from Bajaj, and confusing this blender with those. If you are grinding daal everyday please do not buy this. Edit: Going strong for 6+ months. Had a small issue with the motor spinner, Borosil team came and replaced the part for no cost within a day. The Borosil helpline is prompt to solve issues. It takes a few mins to get connected so be patient with the call, but once connected the issue is resolved in less than a day.

Borosil is a brand I came to know from my chemistry lab experiments back at school. Sturdy..scientific and does its deed. So when I thought of buying a blender, against prudence to stick into established players in the market I thought of giving this a chance...and boy was I wrong. The package did arrive well and neat. It had that zazzy buit not seen in others and a blue LED light when it moves. Beyond the facade of spophestication it just was a piece of trash. In spite of following instructions to the tee.. leak and total splash galore happened in the first piece and a new replacement Amazon was kind enough to replace. To all would be buyers... Just one message..run with your money away from this product

1) Product is not durable 1.1) the bush bearings for the cutter spindle cannot withstand the high speed rotation of the spindle with cutting load even with quantity of less than one third the volume of the jar. This results in premature wear out of bush bearing in the chopper base assembly and starts to leak. This is the same case with both the dry grinde mini jar base and the wet grinder jar baser. 1.2) The gasket(Washer) used to seal the jar and the chopper assembly base is made of ordinary rubber with very flimsy proportions. with careful use it has not lasted even for four or five months. It should be molded out of appropriate grade of Silicone Elastomer for durability. the cost difference is negligible. 2)Power cable is terminated with a 2Pin Plug (Has thin contact pins - of typical Chinese 2 Pin Plugs) which are loose in the socket and does not conform to Indian Standard power sockets. This results in loose contact, sparking , etc. 3) SERVICE SUPPORT in BANGALORE is deplorably poor. There one technician posted in Chennai and he is supposed to take care of service concerns in Bangalore. With COVID Lockdown ke has not been able to visit Bangalore and the customers are left high and dry. 4) Customer care department does not bother to respond to any email or feedback given in the website feed back page. ON THE WHOLE AN OTHERWISE GOOG PRODUCT IS RUINED BY NOT SOLVING SUCH MINOR ISSUES. After all the product was newly introduced when I bought it in August 2019. the Marketing department has to keep its ears to the ground to find out what problems are faced by the customers.

The product can only be used for smoothie but never think of using as small grinder, after nine month of moderate use one day machine stopped working ,THANKS BOROSIL FOR RESOLVING WARRANTY ISSUE ,but technician came and bypass micro tip switch without replacing and grinder started working but both jar spoiled the spool ,rubber stacks but jars not available NOW BLENDER IS OF NO USE WITHOUT BULLET JARS WITH BLADES. SO BIG NO TO THIS PRODUCT. Edit:borosil responded and replaced one small jar but result is more worst the couplers of blender worn out within two months now again BOROSIL intervention reqired for replacement. So again please don't buy this troublesome product. After long tug of war regarding warranty service provider deny as guaranteed card is not sealed by seller GST invoice is not readable/letter disappeared and Amazon don't have download option like in flipkart, at last warranty no use in online purchase.

Material Quality : I was super impressed by the quality of the product. The jars, the blades and the plastic quality in itself seems really long lasting. Value for money : For working people, this is a magical appliance. It really saves time and a great investment too. It serves lot of purposes in such a minimal cost. Durability : Such handy, perfect for use. I would recommend all to go for this product.
