Great For Home studio Vlogging, Photography, and 4k Youtube videos
I bought this camera over a year ago I thought I come back and leave a review. This camera is a full-frame camera that blows away, in my opinion, any of the Canon EOS 5-6 models. The reason I say this because it is full frame and you have total control to adjust ISO, Fstop and many other manual features not only while shooting stills but with the video. This package, in particular, was great buy it came with more than enough to get started making high-quality videos for my channel and great images for my website although the lens filters needed a step (42-50mm) in order to fit the 14-42mm lens you can pick one up for $2.00 on Amazon or eBay. I have since extended my lens collection to 25,50,60mm which do everything I need them to do. I still haven't used all the cleaning supplies that came with this kit plus I love the griped spider tripod it has been a lifesaver. The backpack is Pretty durable as well. This package was a Great Buy! And I would highly recommend this for starters and pros!

Don’t buy it — invest in something better
Why did you pick this product vs others?: The camera works BUT. BE CAREFUL. I started using the camera with an external microphone. I noticed a strange noise and thought it was due to the cheap microphones I was using. However, after switching to two Rode mics, I realized the problem was actually with the camera. I tried contacting customer service, but apparently, there’s no physical store or any other support option besides writing an email. On top of that, some parts of the camera have started falling off. It’s frustrating not knowing where to go for help, especially since there’s no reliable customer service to contact. After seven months, I sincerely regret this purchase and wish I had invested $200 or $300 more in a better camera with proper customer support.

Camera's great. Many accessories missing.
Camera arrived, works, is excellent. Came with flood light, filters, memory card, microphone, and memory card, and back pack. All very basic but work well and are a value for the price. HOWEVER - package was missing monopod, tripod, remote shutter, extra battery packs.

Good Value
Camera works good, but takes some time getting used to all the possible adjustments. Difficult at first to get crisp clear pictures. Seems to be unforgiving to slight movements while shooting pictures. All in all, still a very good camera. Super easy to use in the auto mode...pretty much point and shoot. Using the Panasonic app to transfer pictures is a bit awkward. Once I had everything setup on my wifi connection, it still gave me issues later when reconnecting. Just wasnt user-friendly in that regard. USB cable was best option when transferring pictures.

Great customer service
Camera and Pack of accessories arrived. Camera as advertised and works wonderfully. A couple things in the pack (which is why I went with this vendor) were missing. I left feedback in a previous review and this vendor emailed and called immediately. I appreciate quick communication. They apologized and immediately began shipping me the missing items from the accessories pack. I will update my previous review when they arrive but 5 stars for communication and service!
