The air is directed into your lungs where it,.
I like these nose pice for my Cpap. These allow very little air to be expelled into the room. Unlike others that’ll freeze you out during the winter. It’s like having a fan running on a high speed.

Doesn't click into place. the air leaks around the seal
I am not pleased with these Nasal Pillow Cushions. I've been using AirFit P10 for years, so I know how it works and how to use the pillow cushions. These do not fit the same as the one they are replacing. The old one clicks into place and locks in. When I breathe through the old pillow cushion, there is no air leakage or air sounds coming from the pillows. With these replacement pillow cushions, the fit is tenuous, at best. They do not clip in tightly even when I apply a good amount of pressure. I'm going to have to return these and look for a better made option. The larger of the 2 clasps doesn't catch (see image). These just don't fit well.

They are very much compatible to the more expensive ones that I buy from the medical supply store. Will certainly buy again.

Works just like oem
Bought these for my resmed airsense 11 and they came out cheaper than buying through my insurance. Would buy again.

size difference to name brand.
These Medium nasal pillows are actually a size small compared to name brand. name brand medium nasal pillows are larger than these medium, so they run small. I could not use them. FYI

These pillows fit the equipment and may do the job fine for most people. I found the inner valve too small and restrictive of airflow, so I cut some of it away and they are now perfect for me.
