Read it because I had to... recommend it to everyone because its a great book.
This book was required reading for a class in my master's program so I initially only bought it because I had to. I enjoyed it so much that I have now recommended it to dozens of colleagues and several of them have assigned it to their teams as a group reading project.

Using it for one of my doctoral courses. Great easy to read, succinct book. There are many examples of collaboration and case studies.
