Absolutely love this stuff! I’ve been using Hydration+ for a few weeks now and can honestly say it makes a huge difference. I train quite a lot and was constantly feeling drained or getting headaches after long sessions — since adding this into my routine, I feel so much more refreshed and balanced. The taste is great (not too sweet, which I appreciate), and it mixes easily with water — no lumps or weird aftertaste. It’s perfect after the gym, runs, or even just when I’m feeling a bit dehydrated during the day. I’ve also started taking it to work, and it keeps me feeling sharp and hydrated all day long. Great drink. Good ingredients. I like the bottle but the scoop they put in the powder is quite big and the hole of the bottle fairly small so you have to be very careful not to spill powder every where

I wanted a high quality hydration drink. Most are tablets or sachets these days which I didnt want due to excess sodium in tablets to make them dissolve. Ingredients wise this product is best I scene it isnt best for mixability so give it a good mix or shake. Taste wise I got blue Raz and its great

I don't normally like writing reviews, especially not bad reviews. But, this product broke me. I was looking forward to having a nice refreshing drink made with this and eagerly opened the package, unscrewed the lid and was stymied by the underlid seal that has no tear off tab. I ended up having to stab my way in like Drax the destroyer trying to escape the innards of a pan-dimensional predator. When I finally got it open and looked upon the bounty inside, I found myself gazing into a deep and dark abyss. Upon closer inspection, the tub was only filled up to about a third of the way up. Two thirds of the size of the tub was utterly wasted. I can only surmise that the manufacturers have an inexplicable surplus of plastic and they have been threatened with castration if they do not get rid of it all. BUT, they must not simply throw it out to kill the turtles directly, they must force their customers to do that for them. To top it all off, the drink was not even very good, so I wasted money on some powdered air in a cavern made of petrochemicals.

The nutritional value isn't terrible in fairness, however flavour is bad. Completely puts me off drinking it and it's genuinely a pinch your nose and down it situation.

This is one of the better electrolyte mixes as it gives a decent servings of each main element. It mixes well and tastes great too.

Tasted great. Was very easy to mix, tasted like it was meant to. I was expecting it to be blue in colour, but actually very green to my surprise. Overall tasted nice and would recommend. Quality product!

Very good: taste is fine, recovery after training is noticeably faster. Composition including vitamins, minerals and hydratation stack is very good. the only drawback is the presence of tartrazine (yellow color) and sacralose (edulcorant) otherwise would have been perfect 5 star.
