Got this for post surgery, worked great. The narrower one is hardly wide enough for adult shoulders, so definitely get the wider option.

This has really been a game changer for me. I've had an impossible time being comfortable in bed, and this has made all the difference. There are three separate pieces and I change them around depending on how my back feels. The large piece is very supportive when reading or watching TV in bed. I use the small triangle when sleeping and it's just the right amount of support and rise for me to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend.

For some time it has been necessary to sleep more elevated than usual. I've tried backrest pillows, but they were uncomfortable after a while. This item has thus far, been quite comfortable....and a pretty blue, too. It does what it's supposed to do. I recommend it to those of us needing to sleep mostly on our back, but it's comfy side sleeping, as well.

Worked great after back surgery and a couple of years later for abdominal surgery.
