This will make you feel better if you have a cold, and prevent you from getting one in the first place. I love the strong flavor, but some people might not. In that case, buy the fizzy tablets.

I really wish I had read the fine print on how many tablets an adult needs to take. I thought this price was great until I got the vitamins today and directions for adults are 4 TABLETS!!! This bottle won’t last long when 2 adults are taking this daily. Not a bad taste BUT 4 vitamins is a lot to chew!!!
