This is the only other bar except choco delete of ritebite that I liked. It tasted awesome for me (better than yogabar and snickers). I liked it so much I had 6 of them in one go. Because I didnt use it before workout I can't say how it works before a workout. But what I feel is it is enough heavy and have sugars which will give you enough energy for a workout because the energy value is same as two snickers bar that gives me enough energy when I workout intenselt for 2.5 hrs and also more than choco delete which gives lesser calories than this. Also this is another bar of ritebite that avoid polyols and I can't have polyols as I get bad stomach after that many times. Hope they introduce more polyol and artificial sweeteners free bar like this.Also compared to other companies this is enough affordable. Also once I buy it again I will use it before an workout and edit this review. 😅

The goodness of nuts , proteins and fiber ..with the sweet component mild - but the taste is a bit odd 1 mark removed for using fractional soy .as in isolated soy protein..always use the whole soy product or else risk some side effects . for the fact that its processed and uses nature identical flavours as these factors also make it slight obesogenic . 4 types of sugar alternatives have been used ..except that we don't know they are sugars namely corn syrup, FOS, dextrose and fructose . None of these are artificial sweeteners though ...I need to remove 1 more point for the use of corn syrup its a cheap and unhealthy sweetener and is the leading reason for the obesity epidemic in the US. too many ingredients also add up to the load of processing..which is a negative .
