I wanted to give this product ample time before I wrote a review. I received this 11 days ago and have faithfully used it daily since. Kept it clean, protected and used as directed. All the modes felt amazing and I felt like my skin just started getting softer. Until I tried to use it today. Device is fully charged, but all of the modes turn on but barely work. Vibration is non existent on the tightening setting and it barely gets warm now and the currents on the lifting seem almost non existent even on setting 3. Not sure if I got a dude or what. I had high hopes for this and now feeling underwhelmed and disappointed Edit update: seller reached out to me concerning device. I was sent a replacement model and so far so good. Everything is working perfectly and the customer service was outstanding and very helpful through the process. Absolutely worth the purchase

Worked fine for several months, I think. Then had short use and charging issues. Finally stopped working altogether: no charge light when plugged in, tried different usb cords, won’t turn on at all. All despite proper care. Can’t write to the effectiveness of the product as I didn’t get to use it consistently enough to know. But don’t buy it because it only turn on a few times.

This product I felt was pretty decent until it stopped charging, coincidently on the last day of being able to return it. Now I'm stuck with a $90 device I've had for only a month and now can't use despite my every effort to keep it clean and take care off. I was starting to notice a good change to my skin but now I won't know how really good the benefit will be. After the seller saw my review they were kind and wanted to make it up to me. They sent me a new unit and I have no more problems, thus far. They were responsive and attentive. Their customer service skills are excellent. Thank you so much with helping me resolve my issue.

This device was more than I expected. If you want a durable device that is well made, this is the one. It fits perfectly in your hand, it has a good weight to it, nice material, good shape, and packs a punch at the same time. The head of the device is extremely smooth and the petfect shape and size, making it function nicely. This device has 3 settings with 5 total features, tightening, which uses Radio Frequency/red LED light and has benefits like boosting collagen and elasticity, EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation), which is similar to microcurent but is more focused on muscle training and rehabilitation. It helps strengthen muscles, improve endurance, and facilitate recovery. The Current Level of EMS uses higher electrical currents (milliamperes) to induce muscle contractions, and the effects actively contracts muscles, which can help in building muscle strength and preventing atrophy. The final mode is the blue light with the cold...and let me tell you, it's get pretty cold! Having 3 strengths to choose from is nice. This device is simple and easy to use, good quality for the price, and if you are looking for one device to meet your needs, this one's pretty good. I have only had to charge it once on a month, and the battery symbol let's you know. I didn't use it as consistently due to different trips, so I didn't see the full effect. Definitely do your research before buying, because there are many different settings, specs and things to know in order to make the right choice of what device will work best for you. Pay attention to frequency, as this device is around 2mhz which makes it adeal for specific things, but again, do our research! If you're looking for a device that has multiple modes and is hefty. Great little device!
