Definitely have a bit more energy and clarity, has most of the good magnesium and not the filler that's in others

Magnesium is crucial for a number of the body's functions to operate as they should. As a result of dietary restrictions I don't get the amount of magnesium in my daily diet that I should - hence the reason for seeking out a quality supplement. In terms of provenance and quality, this one ticks the right boxes. The suggested daily intake of this particular supplement is two capsules, which delivers 400mg and therefore delivers about 100% of the recommended daily quantity of 400-420mg for men and closer to 130% of the recommended 310-320mg for women. As I get some magnesium from other sources (but not nearly enough), I am looking for something to top up the shortfall. In my case the recommended 2 capsules per day means that my daily intake is now a little higher than the recommended daily amount, but not by an overly significant amount. At the current price of £9.99 for 60 capsules this costs around 34p per day (based on 2 capsules per day). I have previously used other good quality magnesium supplements with a daily dosage broadly in line with the level of my daily shortfall that have only cost me around 7p per day, so these work out quite a bit more expensive and it could be worth your while to shop around. Gentle on the stomach and I have used it for over a year now. It has quality ingredients, absorbs fast and value for money. Made in the UK so the standards are high.

Great product helps with so many different problems wouldn’t be without it we found one tablet a day to be adequate. But do drink with a full glass of water.

People are mentioning about added zinc and vitamin B6 in this product but nowhere can you see it mentioned on the bottle so i have my doubts about this product.
