I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte drinks, and Cure Hydration is one of the few I keep coming back to. I love that it’s plant-based, has no added sugar, and still actually works. No weird aftertaste, no overly sweet flavor, and no artificial junk. It mixes easily, is gentle on my stomach, and I notice a real difference in hydration, especially on busy days or when I’m not great about drinking enough water. Big bonus that it’s FSA/HSA eligible, which makes it an easy yes for everyday wellness. Clean ingredients, effective hydration, and no sugar spikes — exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

I’ve tried quite a few, this one has good ingredients- no bad sweeteners. I probably dilute it a little more than recommended, but that is how I make it taste good (otherwise the flavor is too much). Grapefruit and Blood orange are my favorites. The sweetener isn’t overpowering and the drinks are not too sweet - especially if you over-dilute. I have been ordering these regularly for several months, and will continue to!

This functional and yet relatively good tasting electrolyte powder is going to be a very helpful thing for you: 1) If you struggle to drink enough water to stay hydrated; 2) If you are working out; 3) if you will be doing outdoor activities/spending time outside during extreme heat and/or humid conditions; 4) sick and need to rehydrate or maintain hydration The generous size of the package is a good value for the money and the salt, sugar and overall "nutritional" values are there to ensure this is an effective over the counter treatment to help prevent and reverse dehydration and any adverse symptoms of dehydration (or painful muscle cramps, heat illness symptoms).

I tried the Lemon, Watermelon, and Strawberry-Kiwi flavors of Cure Hydration, and I’m officially a fan—especially if you love that classic Citrix-style citrus taste. The Lemon flavor is my favorite: super refreshing, crisp, and even better over lots of ice. It’s got that clean, electrolyte-rich vibe without being too sweet. Watermelon comes in second for me. It’s light and pleasant, but the flavor is a bit faint—still enjoyable, just not as bold. Strawberry-Kiwi was decent, but didn’t stand out as much. Overall, Cure Hydration delivers a great balance of taste and function. Perfect for post-workout or just staying hydrated throughout the day.

This is by far my favorite electrolyte brand and flavor. It doesn’t have that salty taste that a lot of clean brands have but it still has all the good ingredients. The taste isn’t artificial or too sweet either. It dissolves fully with just shaking, which makes a huge difference- even in ice cold water. The price is average for this product so I fully recommend trying!

I really enjoy the taste of Cure. It's not as salty as the others, it dissolved well in my water, and it has clean, simple ingredients. I drink one packet daily anytime I need get some extra hydration. I do notice a difference in my energy levels when I miss drinking my electrolytes. The lemon flavor is my favorite because it is the most calm and it's not overly sweet. All the other flavors are still good, but I prefer something mild.

This flavor misses the mark for me. It just doesn’t have enough flavor to it. It’s hard to tell that it’s even orange. Performance wise, it dissolves just as easily as all the other flavors which I really like, but I’m unlikely to re-buy because I don’t think it tastes like hardly anything. Big fan of the berry pomegranate and strawberry kiwi though!

This stuff works great. It’s been so dry this winter, but this helps keep me hydrated. Tastes great too
