This is a great tool to get those sore pressure points and kinks worked out of your back and neck. There is no need to get anyone to help. You can do it by yourself. I had knots in my back shoulders and was able to work them out comfortably just sitting in front of my TV.

I love this new tool! Aside from the picture manual, I find myself just fiddling with the various knobs and using them while scrolling and I love that this tool can be used while not paying attention. It is very intuitive.

This is so versatile in the way it can be used to hit trigger points. I love it because I was having scapula pain for the longest time and have been able to tackle it with this tool. This thing works well. The two knots on the inside of the hook are a perfect match for the pressure points in my neck.
