If I could give this six stars I would. Perfect for post-op knee replacement. Consistent coolness is very effective. The sleeve is smooth and freezes quickly which is huge!! Easy on and off. Made with thought.

I have been having terrible knee pain and it takes weeks to get into an orthopedic doctor. It has been so bad that I could hardly walk. Ice and heat have helped but I still dread just getting up at night to go to the bathroom. I bought two different knee sleeves and neither one was comfortable so I kept looking. I saw this one and thought I’d give it a try. I’m getting desperate at this point! This thing is awesome!! It gets plenty cold after an hour in the freezer and it’s easy to get on and off. Its super soft and like has alot of give to it it but molds to your body. You can walk around with it in and it stays put. The entire sleeve is cold and it seems to work better for me. Maybe because it is cooling all the way around my knee? I don’t know but I love it! I’m thinking about getting one for backup! If you have pain you need this!

This is working really well for me, using on my knee. Concentrates the cold all around the knee, it doesn’t slip so you can walk with it and it’s comfortable. The material over the gel needs to be thicker though. It is way too cold to wear on bare skin and even over a thin layer of clothing. I’ve had to add an ace bandage over some thinner workout pants in order to tolerate the cold. It would also benefit from a zipper or Velcro opening along the side as it’s a pain to slide on over pants that are not form fitting.

I was looking for an ice pack that I could slip on and off easily - no straps, velcro, etc. - and this one does that. While it's true that this ice pack doesn't stay very cold much more than 10 minutes, that's all I need and what is generally recommended. The only small critique: I use the large size which fits nice and snug, while generally elevating my leg, i.e. horizontal position. However, if I try to stand or stay still while my leg is vertical, the wrap will eventually slip off. Perhaps I should have gotten size M instead. In any case, the ice pack still works well for my purpose, expecially given how reasonably priced it is.

The upper arm sleeve was surprisingly very soft and comfortable. I recently tore my biceps, and when a large bruise and hard lump developed almost overnight, I quickly ordered the sleeve, and it arrived the next day. I placed it in the freezer for 1 hour, then easily slipped it onto my swollen upper arm. The sleeve stayed cold for about 20 minutes, and after about 45 minutes I realized it was comfortably warm, due to my body temperature. I refroze it every few hours, and have even worn it to bed a few nights. Haven't tried to heat it in the microwave yet, nor have I washed it. But I will say that I liked it so much, I bought another one for my knee. My only concern is that I'm just not sure how comfortable the sleeve would be if you had to pull it up over stitches, or while recovering from surgery.

i love how soft it is, its super icy cold when you first put it on, like almost want to scream cold lol, but it really does the trick, stays on so you can sit or walk around without straps or it falling off. it doesnt stay cold long enough but it is just enough, (you arent supposed to leave cold on too long anyway) the size is close to stated but if you are closer to the larger size get that, it is tight, i have one for elbow (S) and one for knee (M)..

I love these ice packs because they fit perfectly on my knees when I walk around! I got acl/meniscus surgery almost 10 years ago, I workout 4-5 days a week and feel like these just enhance my recovery to perform better! I love the thick quality of the material - it leaves my knees cold for the recommended 15 minutes and then I stick it back in the freezer. This is actually the 3rd one I’ve purchased, because my husband noticed how good mine were and he wanted one for when his knee was acting up. But, I would say this could even work on arms! Overall, I think this was a great purchase and would highly recommend!
