McCook MC39 Kitchen Knife Set

I had purchased these because the ones I buy at local big box retailers always, always rust! I will do everything from cleaning them right away, keeping them from water, and even soaking them in vinegar! It's a Band-Aid for the problem. I purchased these and they were SO PRETTY. They are sharp; sharpest knives I've ever had. They are nice; not too heavy to hold on to or too long. I love these and would buy this brand again (but I suspect I won't need knives for a while!!)

Good set of knives. Not great and nothing fancy but quality for the price. An indeed very sharp and have stayed that way for over a months. Very functional.

I bought this for my sister for Christmas. These knives are so sharp! Has a built in sharpener that works great! It is an absolutely beautiful set of knives, I'm sure they will last her years.

These are really nice, sharp (both in aesthetically and actually) knives. We got them about 6 months ago and they have stayed sharp. My only complaint is that this design is really hard to clean. The bigger knives get rust spots (or what look like rust spots) in the textured grooves on the blade and are hard to get out. I'd recommend hand washing the bigger knives and drying them immediately.

This is the perfect knife set for us rookie cooks and I love the blade sharpening tool attached to it as well! I definitely recommend this!

I ordered these knives shortly before Christmas after our kitchen remodel. They arrived in a timely manner, with terrific protective packaging. They perfectly match our stainless steel slate appliances, are attractive, well made and super sharp. My only complaint initially was that one of the steak knives was missing from the set. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and followed through to make sure the missing knife was shipped and delivered. I've now received it and am thrilled with the completed set!

I normally don’t review things as I should, and I wanted to wait to review this but it’s been a month and I have to say this knife set is totally worth it!! It’s so nice to have a nice looking knife set along with one that does the job!! You MUST clean them the way it says to! Wash and hand dry! NO DISHWASHER. Mine show no signs of rusting and I just love the set. Totally affordable and yet durable. A smart purchase!
