I love this coat! I purchased one about 12 years ago on a trip to Edinburgh when it was wet and foggy. It is not made for a heavy rain. It keeps me dry, but I don’t get perspired in it like other rain/wet weather coats. It doesn’t repel rain as does a plastic/dense plastic fabric rain coat but. It keeps you dry and comfortable. The fabric does seem to get wet but repels water enough keeping you dry inside. You do need to dry it out after you wear it in the rain. The Dry vent lining really works to keep you comfortable. I often wear it in just windy cool weather when it’s dry and find it very comfortable as a lightweight coat. It’s high-quality and was like new when I lost it after 12 years of frequent use, I lost mine leaving it on a bus. I am was so happy to find it again online. The new one is like the old one. I hope to always have one of these. Love it! I would highly recommend it if you need some LIGHT rain/Damp weather/cool, breezy weather.

The fit is perfect, it's comfortable & repels water. Nice clean look. I think it was worth the $$$.

Well made at a good Price

The jacket fit good everywhere except the arms . The arm holes are small , I bought a large and had to order an XL but all that did was add too much material around the belly and arm holes still too small. I really wish it fit because its a really nice coat.....

Lost the first one, so I bought it again. North Face says it all, just buy it.
