Corroded
Product looks genuine but its corroded. I dont know whether its a new piece or used

Bits get stuck - no way to get them out
The small bits get pushed all the way in and the retention spring makes it impossible to get the stuck bit out. I still have a bit stuck and am at a loss as to how to remove it. Leatherman's operations in India have no customer support, and it seems Leatherman doesn't care about this problem enough to fix this issue and is still selling this product. This extension could have made Leatherman's already great multitools much better, but they've flubbed it with this extender. I cannot/do not recommend this product.
