I got these headphones today and this is the best product in headphones category under 1000 rupees | however the product i got haven’t had amazon box packing but i got non damaged product the box quality was amazing . You will get a sticker , user manual and these headphones inside the box , and also you need not to install and seperate drivers for this headphones as it has simple technology plug and play . Simply need usb 2.0 or 3.0 . Also when it comes to the sound quality and button quality of the it was super amazing only one cons even after using redgear software i dont feel much difference like surround sound or 7.1 surround , only this is a cons if you are looking for these i havent tried these wearing for 2 hours long sessions so cant say if your head ache while wearing these for longer periods of time but headphone quality is highly amazing and you will get 1 year warranty Activates from the day you buy these also mic quality is highly amazing and has high quality noise cancellations i receive best product quality and the amazon service were both amazing but i didn't got amazon packaging but its okay it has four buttons you can mute mic from the buttons turn the rgb lights on and off right from the switch its appearance is best yet under 1000 looks like premium quality highly value able product look this isnt a paid review its a genuine review and i love these headphones i think you should try these out for music movies and gaming 🤔 but dont consider if you are looking for surround sound stuff

I'm a PC Gamer and Youtuber (SIDHU YT). I used headsets for 7-8 days and i'm happy and still using. PRONS- Best sound quality. it's best product for Gaming in this price but they are increasing price now, which is wrong. Best sound quality Specially for PUBG and other FPS games. You can hear footsteps easily and sometime headsets vibrate when someone shoot. Even when you listen good quality songs then it vibrats like woofer. But it's not irritating. Noise cancellation is also good because i do Gaming stream on my channel and you can check. i have no problem with noise cancellation feature.. but.. Every product has some negetive points. CONS- {1}. Sometime vibration didn't work in Game (it might be drivers issue). One important things- there headsets works well without drivers. Vibration was working well before installing drivers but after that now i miss that vibration and i uninstalled drivers but no response. I don't know it's an issue or something but it's very bad {2}. when you try to listen songs or anything on maximum volume or even 70% volume then your near ones can hear everything. Earpads can't block sound properly. But again it's not a big problem for everyone. {3}. But On the other hand, handsets are lil bit heavy. When you try for the first time, you can't wear for like 30 minutes. But after some days you will not feel heavy. But i do live stream for like 3 to 4 hours continuesly. {4}- i facing microphone problems, mic doesn't capture my voice properly or mic doesn't catch my voice properly, you can't record in loud voice , i don't know what is the problem but i have to speak loud otherwise it doesn't record low sounds. I am not satisfyied with mic even it's noise cancelling feature is good. I don't like Mic but otherwise it's beast. At last...{5}. I bought it for 1800/- rs only. For me it's value for money and Good product with Great build quality. Good luck.

I’ve been using these headphones for nearly 2 years now, and they still sound just as good as they did on day one. The audio quality is clear, immersive, and perfect for gaming — and the mic is surprisingly good too, even after all this time. The only thing that’s worn out a bit is the ear cushion, but honestly, that happens with pretty much every headphone after long use, and it doesn’t even bother me much. Considering the price I paid, this has been one of the best value-for-money gaming accessories I’ve owned. Wish they’d restock it — I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid gaming headset on a budget.

Best headphone and the sound and bass quality is awesome

Out of the box the first thing you notice is the sheer size of these things. They look huge, even with my big hands. The weight isn't too much, but they feel a little cheap at first impression. The wire is sufficiently long, maybe a little too long for what I need but I use on a laptop so I don't require a long cable. The box and packaging is simple, it was sealed with two security stickers. First thing you need to do is TURN YOUR VOLUME DOWN... 20% maximum, trust me these things are loud. Now download the drivers from the website. Check the side of the box for the import date to choose the right driver of two options.. but I would say you should be getting the after January 2021. Run the installer and it will prompt you to plug your headset in. Now at this point the out of the box headset sounds terrible.. the audio is bad due to poor EQ, the mic sounds cheap and I was almost disappointed by my purchase. So with the default software I did some testing and my personal conclusion was to turn off all features in the software, then leave it alone, I even close it once the drivers are installed. The EQ is not very good and I was unable to achieve a good sound. I didn't feel any benefit from the software 7.1 and just use the windows sonic and in game options for better results. I use a 3rd party EQ called "Equalizer APO with the peace plugin". You can search google for the free software. With some tweaking of the EQ for both audio and mic I was able to get some great sound from the headset. I mostly use it to play Valorant, so I tweaked the EQ to suit this game. The headset is very bass heavy so I adjusted the EQ to reduce the bass as when firing, the gun sound would mute all other sounds terribly, then tweaked other sounds to enhance footsteps. No doubt I will tweak this further but this is a good starting point. I will include screen shots of my settings in the images and you can adjust accordingly from there. Choose any of the config options, Select the Device on the right side of the window, set the EQ to the same as my screenshot and save to the config name of your choice, (tip put 1 at the start of your name to have it appear in the top of the list for easy access) Save this config. Now select microphone in the config list. Change the device to the headset microphone and copy the settings. My settings were chosen to suite my voice so you might wish to tweak yours accordingly, but again a good starting point, my settings are in the screen shots. Save you microphone config with 2 at the start for easy access. With EQAPO you need to set it to have two configs active by left clicking the little man in the mid lower left side. Simply add the the two config files to the list in the new window and make sure the on switch in the top right is green. Save, close, make sure the little man is green and all should be working.. when closing EQAPO, use the "To Tray" option to make sure they remain active. I added a 3rd config screen shot for music. To use this you must deactivate the green man then select the music config, when switching back, choose the gaming config and activate the green man... It might take some testing to get this right for your personal preferences and understanding EQAPO but the results can be amazing, and left me very satisfied with my purchase. I didn't notice have much expectations since the headphones are quite cheap for costing only 1600/- INR or about 20$, but I was quite surprised. Audio quality: The headphones are designed for gaming as the base is quite punchy. That doesn't mean mids and highs are bad. In fact they're quite good. The 7.1 surround sound does work. You can feel the direction sounds are coming from. For gaming and a bit of media consumption is gonna be a great experience. Although do not expect amazing audiophile experience out of these. Software: The bundled software is barebone, I couldn't find a way to mess with the EQ settings. So it's not much. Built: The headband is fine, the support is made of metal and the foams are quite good. And the wire , while is not braided, but covered in a rubber wire cover, so it should last pretty long without breaking. Comfort: let me be clear, it's quite heavy. You can feel the weight of the large driver and the surround system on your neck. So that's the only single issue that I found. But it's pretty good for a 3-4 hrs gaming sessions. It starts weighing heavy only after that Conclusion: overall it's a pretty good beginner friendly headphones for gamers and PC users that doesn't break your bank

Mic is awesome 👌 but I am unable to download drivers I tried but every time software said DEVICE IS NOT DETECTED it's annoying I can't use software. For driver they mention there is an CD available in box but there is no CD in box for driver . Microphone rgb is not changing . If Redgear Support is here and read the review so I raise my problem to amazon coustomer care in 5 days they said contact me . But u give the all accessories because u mention in details . Now my replacement is placed but this time once again no CD in box . Kindly remove from details who shows that there is CD for driver bcz there no CD in box . And my software issue is fixed . Everyone who buy right now kindly go website of redgear and download After 2021 drivers and it's working I thing there is an app for mobile android and ios also for experience great music and gaming with official support . I don't know but continuously 1hour listing it feels hot on ears . The coustomer care is worst . They need improvement. There is one button for next and previous music so its good . Now my mic is not working so I complain and they picked my headphones and then they verified the product is working or not but they don't realize how bad mic quality I have but after this they send me same unit to me . There is no any benchmark set for product how a product perform in this criteria so I will paas but they just check mic is working ok done send to customer there is no need to replace. But they don't see how much bad quality of my mic and after talking customer care they said we will give u replace . Let's see 👀 but customer service is really bad don't perform a good test to said product is in good condition or bad condition and things work perfectly or not. Now after doing 2 times they picked up and return to me, in 3rd time they give me New Headphones ( only headphones ) finally I get my headphones after a one month all of this finally I get my headphones , now mic is working but redgear customer service by BOAT and these type of things I faced I don't want anyone face this, so redgear and Boat make ur coustomer service much better.
