Please remember to season on stove top. (Rub a thin layer of oil on it and set on high heat until it smokes). Then after it cools put another thing layer of oil to protect from rust.

The best ever. Have been longing to buy this grilled cast iron skillet from lodge. And never been happier. Excellent product. The silicone handle doesn’t come along with this grill skillet , I purchased separately on Amazon. And also the panini press or grill press from lodge is purchase separately!! If one has a grill skillet , the lodge grill press is a must. Damn helpful.

Very heavy but very useful. First one was broken and got an easy replacement. It works like non stick and very premium quality. Must buy only this one instead of non stick or other brands. Lodge cast iron products are very less maintenance

The pan is well made and very sturdy. Cuts of meat & steaks are done well and browned to your satisfaction. I have given four because if it is not dried and oiled, it does get the red rust. We have to temper it further religiously to mantain it.

It’s heavy.. really heavy for its size. The first time I lifted it, i felt it’s made of lead. I sometimes get scared while carrying it, incase it drop it on my foot 😅 The size is good and infers very nice grill marks on the meat. The pan holds heat quite well. It comes preseasoned, but it’s best to season with a high smoke point oil.

Great grill pan - It was well seasoned when it arrived and has been used many times since. Once you get the pan to the right temperature grilling meats and vegetables and even the occasional fruit is a breeze. If you look after it well it will last many lifetimes!

This was a gift for my husband who is an avid cook and wasn't able to get the grill pan of his dreams. This is of great quality, very well-finished, and super heavy. Looks indestructible almost. The transition from non-stick to cast iron obviously takes getting used to. But I guess the long term benefits are worth it.

I am not at all Happy with this product. This is my first expensive lodge cast iron purchase and I thought it would be great. But it went just opposite, grill pan I received was cracked and had holes in it. Out of excitement I threw that price tag and later observed these defects. I am not sure can I still replace it. I would advice everyone better check the product thoroughly before removing tag.

My favorite pan, amazing quality and dishes prepared in it are amazing every time. If you are looking for cast iron pans, this one is yours

It's a solid cast iron pan. But super heavy, my mom dislike it. But i love it. So if you want something light, skipped this.

Ottima bistecchiera! Si ottiene un ottima maillard! Manutenzione semplice e anche se non enorme ci si cucina velocemente per 3- 4 persone! Consigliatissima!
