I have been using the Kent water filter for some time now and I am very satisfied with its performance. The water tastes clean and fresh, and the purification process is fast. The design is sleek and easy to use. It gives me confidence that my family is drinking safe water. Overall, it is a reliable and worthy investment. Also the installation person Ravi Kumar was very helpful.

☝️Before we get on this review , i must emphasize that go for RO systems only if you have a TDS over 500 along with poor taste of water. ❗Unncessary using RO systems with very low TDS may suppress your immunity & is detrimental to bone health. ❗Also , Avoid fancy ALKALINE SYSTEMS as acidic environment is required in stomach to keep it safe from harmful bacteria. ☝️Buy water filters from only from reputed brands & not cheaper chinese brands now available over amazon like konvio or nexua. 🔶️ Now , as my story goes - with a tds of around 250 in my society , i upgraded from simple pureit to an RO from konvio but later due to some health issues i removed it from use , probably its tds varied randomly to very low levels . So , finally i decided to throw it away & go for simple UV & UF filter. 🔸️ Kent maxx & kent ultra looked two viable choices & here are few pros & cons of this model. 👍Pros : ********** 🔷️ The overall construction & material is sturdy enough for continuous wall mounting. 🔷️ Looks stylish enough with clear view of the water inside. Someone quoted of small insects going into the tank, it might be possible as the lid over tank doesnt have an airtight fit exactly.Yet if you place your filter properly , i dont think that is a major issue , also it can be sealed if required. 🔷️ It has a UV lamp fail & UF filter change alarm as well. 🔶️ Use the filter with a pre filter to enhance the filter life. 🔷️ The tank being clear view & detachable is easier to clean in comparison to ultra model. 🔷️ The taste of the water is reasonably good , however due to lack of RO , it wont be exactly as sweet & would be similar to input water only. 🔷️ Installation was swift, easy & free after registration on their service number. 👎Cons : *********** In comparison to its ultra model, it has all the filters & UV housing concealed behind the transparent tank. So if you need to check or repair those things then the whole filter needs to be brought down & 7 screws need to be removed. *️⃣ In ultra kent uv uf filter clear view of filters is easy but then tank cleaning is difficult. 🤏 There is some possibility of tiny insects entering the clear tank through space between the tank top lid & tank upper wall. May require some sealing or keep it on a clean wall. 🔷️ Though the filter comes with an instruction manual and accesories like valves, tubings etc it would be better if it was supplied with a pre filter kit also. 🔷️ Since it does not have any booster pump the speed of makeup water input is quite less , probably depends upon your volume pressure in overhead tank. 🔷️ I also noticed that automatic filling starts at different levels at times, probably the float limit senses with a tolerance of 2 cms. 🔷️ The capacity of 7 liters is just enough for a small family of 3 to 4 people as it takes quite some time to fill it up. ✅ Final Verdict : ******************** All in all , i have found the filter quite good enough and a value for money device.

A very big noooooo to buy this product. I bought this product on 15th May 2021 from Amazon & got installed on the same day. After 7 days of usage, I realised some white dust like particles are floating on the water inside the storage tank along with a small insect. I thought, some issues are there and decided to observe for 2 more days after changing that water. After 2 days, I saw the same dust like particles are floating on the water. Then on 25th May, I contacted Amazon for the same issue & I asked for returning this product as the return period was still there. Amazon adviced me to contact Kent for a check up of the product. Then I contacted Kent & the technician came & said we can't do anything on this. Then I again contacted Amazon & at that time Amazon asked me a written denial for the same from Kent. The again I contacted Kent for the same & Kent is not ready to give me any confirmations on this.. Now I got stucked in between with this pathetic product. If you can check the photo & video which has taken & uploaded today can easily understand what is the reality of this so called water purifier.. I will request Amazon if they are reading this, kindly return it & I am assuring Amazon that I will buy a better water purifier from Amazon only.. Its my humble request to amazon to return this one please..🙏🙏 I will not at all advice any one to buy this useless product.

Very good product in very low price

Nice product and installation. Value for money.

Just after one year of our purchase,when the warranty period just ended ,the water purifier fell down as the plastic hooks behind it just broke by itself as it couldn't bear the weight of the water! Unfortunately it fell on the kitchen counter and broke all our precious crockery kept there! On enquiry the company days they cannot. help except replace the machine with us bearing full cost!

Best product, prefilter should be included in box.
