I drink this and now started mixing it into my face cream with niaminicide and it seems to be really helping with dark spots.

以前はβグルカンのタブレット錠を購入したのですが、粉末のほうが効果が期待できるのではと思い注文しました。 見た目は灰色の細いパウダー状になっており、そのまま飲もうとすれば必ずむせます。 液体に溶かそうにもうまく溶けず、適量の粉を液体で流し込むようにして摂取しています(独特の風味があり、かなり不味いです)。タブレット錠のときも同じでしたが、何か目に見えた効果がある訳ではなく、なんとなく落ち着くかなくらいです。 色々と噂されてるβグルカンですが、気になる人はまずはタブレット錠からおススメします。 追記 現在は市販のオブラートに包んで飲んでいます。オブラートに包むことでカプセルのサプリメントと同じように飲むことができるので、βグルカン特有の飲みにくさもなく継続して飲むことができています。

If I could give this a minus I would but since one is the lowest that’s what it got. I don’t know how it works in the body, but I can’t get it past my tongue. It is so disgusting tasting even in the tiny amount that the scoop is like smaller than my pinky fingernail it ruins the taste of anything you try to mix it with. I think I’ll stick to Metamucil from now on. The taste actually reminds me of burnt plastic..
